Your calendar does not care about your neck. You can steal three minutes with the camera off.

Between-call menu (pick three)

  1. Chin tuckssit tall, slide chin straight back, five reps.
  2. Ear-to-shouldergentle, no forcing; both sides.
  3. Wrist flexor stretcharm out, palm up, gentle pull with other hand.
  4. Seated figure-fourankle over opposite knee, hinge forward slightly.
  5. Stand and reacharms up, side bend once each way.
  6. Doorway chest openerif you have a door frame nearby.

Rules that keep it real

  • Shoes optional. Fancy athleisure optional.
  • If the next call starts, stop mid-stretch. Showing up on time beats a perfect sequence.
  • Pain is a stop sign, tightness is the target.

This pairs with our living-room moves for days you can leave the chair entirely. Today, the chair is the gym.
