Friendsgiving should feel like a party, not a project.

Host does

The main (turkey breast, ham, or a big lasagna), drinks, and plates.

Assign categories

Send one group text with slots: 2 sides, 1 salad, 1 bread, 2 desserts, 1 drinks/ice. People reply with what they're bringing.

Make it easy

  • Ask guests to bring dishes ready to serve.
  • Clear one counter for drop-off.
  • Label serving spoons with sticky notes.

Leftover plan

Stack deli containers by the door for guests to take home. Your fridge says thank you.
